Home care services Nottingham
Extra Help Care is committed to providing premium quality care and support services for citizens with differing disabilities to enable them to remain as independent as possible in their own homes. We aim to enhance the quality of life of citizens, of their partner and/or next of kin as well as of their carers.
We offer a broad array of personal care, health-related and associated domestic services to meet the needs of citizens. Moreover, Extra Help Care promotes a standard of excellence, which embraces fundamental principles of good care practice.
Our working ours are flexible: we operate 7 days a week, with a minimum of half hour visits. There is no limit to the period of time you require support for or the frequency.

Well-trained and highly qualified caregivers
When choosing care for yourself or a loved one, we know that trust is important, and we want our care team to be worthy of your trust. Caring for others requires compassion, dedication and patience, so naturally these are primary qualities that we look for in our staff.
In addition, we ensure that our carers are well-trained; we pride ourselves on continuously training, monitoring and evaluating our carers. Hence, we always allocate staff with sufficient training and experience to provide the support required.

A holistic approach to home care services
Our holistic approach recognises the individuality of each person, their life history, preferences, choices and abilities.
Before any care packages are put together for you, we will get to know you via an assessment so that we can put the right care in place and record everything in a personalised care plan that reflects your specific needs. We will always work with you to help you achieve the best possible health by gaining proper balance in all areas of your life: your body, mind and emotions.

Different types of care tailored to your needs
Apart from person-centred domiciliary care, we also provide other types of services. We have plenty of experience in for instance: respite care (support for people who are caring for a loved one, providing them with an opportunity to have some time for themselves), live-in care (staying with a person who needs care day and night), companionship care (keeping a person company, engaging in social activities and taking them out into the community) or end-of-life care (supporting a person through their final days of life).
